Product Brief
The Adhesive-Bonded Activated Carbon Filter employs a high-temperature, eco-friendly carbon-bonding process that uniformly and firmly bonds high-iodine-value activated carbon powder / granules onto the surface of substrates such as open-cell polyurethane sponge, non-woven fabric, and metal mesh, forming an integrally molded carbon layer. It differs from traditional carbon-loaded fabric and granular-packed activated carbon filters. Using a dedicated water-based eco-friendly adhesive that firmly locks carbon particles onto the substrate, it prevents carbon shedding and secondary carbon-powder leakage under high-airflow conditions, fundamentally resolving the carbon-powder shedding contamination issue common to ordinary carbon filters.
