Open Positions
Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end product quality management, covering incoming quality control (IQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), finished-product quality control (FQC), and outgoing quality control (OQC); establish and implement quality inspection standards and work specifications.
Lead the handling of in-process defects, customer complaints, returns, and batch abnormalities; organize analysis and root-cause investigation, formulate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), track closure, and reduce defect and complaint rates.
Oversee quality-team management: assign inspectors’ daily work, train inspection skills, supervise inspection execution, and conduct performance evaluation to improve team execution.
Coordinate with R&D, production, and procurement; participate in new-product sampling and trial-production reviews; identify potential quality risks; produce trial-production quality reports; and define mass-production quality standards.
Manage supplier incoming quality: feedback on incoming defects, drive supplier improvement, and participate in supplier evaluation and assessment.Analyze quality data (defect rate, PPM, pass rate, complaint data); produce weekly/monthly quality reports; and report quality status to management.
Drive internal quality-improvement projects and implement corrections; lead internal audits, customer audits, and management-system audit maintenance (ISO 9001, etc.).
Handle customer quality interfaces, respond to customer quality-complaint reports, and support customer factory audits.
Qualifications
Over 3–5 years of quality experience in manufacturing, plus 2+ years of quality-supervisor management experience.
Familiar with end-to-end IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC control; proficient with quality-analysis tools; able to independently lead abnormality improvement.
Able to read product drawings and use basic measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers; familiar with inspection-standard preparation and defect-judgment criteria. Familiar with the ISO 9001 quality-management system, with experience handling customer factory audits and able to write various quality reports. Internal/external auditor certification is preferred.
Possess team-management capability; able to lead the inspection team with reasonable task allocation and subordinate training; strong communication and coordination skills to drive cross-departmental improvement in production and procurement.
Proficient in Excel for quality-data statistics and report generation; rigorous, principled, and sensitive to product-quality risks.
Responsibilities
Sample fabrication and test-verification technician (works on the production line to fabricate samples per drawings)
- Responsible for designing and implementing new-product sampling plans.
- Responsible for fabricating and assembling new-product samples.
- Responsible for relevant testing of new-product samples.
- Responsible for designing new-product molds and following up on outsourced fabrication.
- Responsible for designing new-product fixtures/jigs and optimizing on-site processes.
- Interface with production processes and handle abnormalities during new-product trial production.
- Participate in proper archiving and access control of various product technical documents.
- Cooperate in building the Engineering Department’s management system and improving overall capability.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Major in mechanical engineering, engineering materials, or related fields. Technical work experience in mechatronics or engineering materials, or experience in IE (Industrial Engineering)-related roles.。
Responsibilities
Responsible for B2B offline expansion sales of the company’s products. Seeking fresh graduates majoring in marketing, or candidates with experience in relevant industrial-product industries or the filtration & separation industry (air filtration, liquid filtration, industrial dust removal, etc.). Candidates should be diligent, eager to learn, with strong communication skills, clear thinking, and resilience to pressure. Work meals are provided; after unified company training, specific assignments will be arranged.
- Responsible for B2B offline expansion and sales of the company’s products; develop target customers and build long-term partnerships.
- Gain deep understanding of customer needs, provide professional product consulting and solutions, and close orders.
- Collect market information and competitor dynamics, promptly feed back industry trends, and assist the company in optimizing sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company, regularly review work progress, and continuously improve sales skills.
