Product Brief
The Sponge-Type Activated Carbon Filter—also known as activated carbon sponge or foamed carbon-bonded sponge filter—uses a high-density open-cell polyurethane sponge as its base. Through an eco-friendly, water-based carbon-bonding process, high-iodine-value coconut-shell activated carbon powder is firmly attached to the sponge’s three-dimensional pore framework and integrally molded into a composite air filtration material.
Unlike carbon-loaded fabric and granular carbon filters, it features inherent three-dimensional open sponge pores and combines the dual functions of coarse dust removal and activated carbon adsorption. With low air resistance, no carbon shedding, and washability, it is a universal basic deodorizing filter media for household, in-vehicle, and industrial purification.
