Product Brief
The Corrugated Activated Carbon Filter—also known as activated carbon corrugated honeycomb filter or PP corrugated carbon-paper filter—uses high-load activated carbon fiber paper / PP carbon paper as raw materials. Through corrugation profiling and alternating bonding of carbon papers, it forms continuously connected honeycomb channels as an integrally molded filter media. The substrate comes in two types: paper-based carbon paper and flame-retardant PP carbon paper. The carbon powder is uniformly immobilized inside the paper fibers. Distinct from sponge-bonded carbon and granular carbon filters, it features an ultra-large adsorption area, ultra-low air resistance, a robust structure, and compatibility with high-airflow equipment, making it the mainstream deep-deodorization filter media for fresh-air systems, central air conditioning, and commercial purification.
