Robotic Vacuum and Vacuum Cleaner Filter

The Robotic Vacuum and Vacuum Cleaner Filter is a core filtration component installed in the air outlet or dust bin of cleaning appliances such as robot vacuums, handheld vacuum cleaners, and floor washers. Its main function is to intercept the fine dust, allergens, and particulate matter carried in the airflow discharged by the motor, preventing secondary pollution and ensuring the discharged air is clean and fresh.

Unlike air purifier filters, the robotic vacuum / vacuum cleaner filter must operate under harsh conditions of high air velocity and high dust load, imposing higher requirements on the breathability, dust-holding capacity, and structural strength of the filter media. Mainstream products now widely adopt a multi-layer composite filtration structure: a front coarse filter media intercepts large particles, a central HEPA main filter performs fine filtration of dust, and a rear motor-protection filter element safeguards motor life. Some high-end models also integrate an activated carbon layer to adsorb odors.
