The PET Coarse Filter—also known as coarse filter or pre-filter—is an air filtration product made primarily from polyester fiber (PET). It typically serves as the first-stage filtration unit of an air purification system, mainly used to capture particulate dust, hair, lint, pollen, and various suspended matter of 5 microns and above in the air. By pre-intercepting large-particle pollutants, the PET coarse filter effectively protects the downstream medium and high-efficiency filters, extends their service life, and reduces overall operation and maintenance costs.
