Product Brief
The Panel-Type Photocatalytic Filter—also known as photocatalytic filter—is a core air purification component made by uniformly loading a nano-scale photocatalytic material (mainly titanium dioxide, TiO₂) onto the surface of a panel-type substrate through a special process. It adopts a lightweight panel-type structure and a metal outer frame, manufactured through special technology, featuring wear resistance, long service life, and high strength.
Unlike traditional filters that rely on physical interception or adsorption, the photocatalytic filter, under irradiation from specific-wavelength UV light (ideal wavelength 253 nm–365 nm), can catalytically decompose harmful gases adsorbed on its surface into harmless carbon dioxide and water. The photocatalyst itself only provides a reaction site and does not participate in the chemical reaction, so it can be used long-term and is an internationally recognized eco-friendly product that produces no secondary pollution.
