Product Brief
This filter is designed for cleanrooms and clean zones where contaminants are strictly controlled. It is made from water-resistant, flame-retardant glass-fiber filter media, pleated into form. The media is kept at uniform pleat spacing by corrugated aluminum separators, effectively utilizing the media area to reduce operating resistance; the separator edges are specially treated to prevent media damage. The filter element is fully sealed inside the frame with polyurethane adhesive, eliminating any risk of bypass leakage; the sealant fully covers the filter-element edges and separators, sealing off all potential leakage channels. Paired with high-performance dry-seal gaskets that can be adhered to the filter’s air-inlet side, air-outlet side, or both sides, it effectively prevents side leakage and ensures overall sealing integrity and cleanliness.
