Product Brief
The high-efficiency filter air supply outlet (also called high-efficiency air supply outlet) is the terminal air-supply device in air-purification systems. It serves as the terminal filtration unit for the retrofit and new construction of Class 1,000 to Class 300,000 cleanrooms at all levels and is the key equipment for meeting purification requirements. It is mainly composed of a static pressure box, a high-efficiency filter, and a diffuser plate, with the duct interface available as a top or side connection.
As the terminal air-supply device of cleanroom air-conditioning systems, the high-efficiency filter air supply outlet houses the HEPA filter inside the casing to ensure that the high-efficiency-filtered clean air is delivered into the room with uniform air distribution.
