Product Brief
This product adopts a panel-type aluminum alloy frame, with a stable and sturdy structure. The mesh-covered polyester fiber filter media gives it both low resistance and high dust-holding capacity, while enabling stable operation in demanding environments with high temperature and humidity, acid-alkali exposure, and high-strength requirements. Its applications are extensive: it is suitable both for pre-filtration in general air conditioning and ventilation systems—preventing internal dust accumulation and contamination within the system—and as primary filtration for large air compressors and industrial-grade air ventilation equipment. In cleanroom central ventilation and air conditioning systems and return air filtration, it effectively extends the service life of downstream high-efficiency filters. It also meets the air cleanliness requirements of general industrial plant ventilation systems, and is suitable for special applications such as automotive final-assembly wax-spray rooms, oil / grease separators, and oil mist eliminators. Moreover, it can be used in conjunction with electrostatic filters, providing reliable front-end protection for various ventilation systems.
